How far in advance should I place my order? The reservation of the products must be made 48 hours in advance of requiring them. If you need to make a last minute reservation, contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp 2901509797 and we will do everything possible to find a solution.

How are the products cleaned and sanitized? The products are cleaned and disinfected with hypolergenic products after each use to guarantee good use and conservation.

What should I do if the product does not arrive in good condition? Contact us at [email protected] and we will send you a new one.

What is the minimum rental period? The minimum rental period is 48 hours. If you need to rent for less than that time, contact us at [email protected]. Keep in mind that you will have to pay the maintenance and cleaning amount in the same way.

Do I have to pay a security deposit? Yes, like all rentals, a deposit will be required as a guarantee for the rented products, which can be paid in cash, transfer, debit or credit. It will be returned by the same means 48 hours after the products are returned in a timely manner, in the conditions in which they were delivered. In the case of obvious breaks, cracks, losses or deterioration that affect the correct functioning of the item, the guarantee deposit will be used for its repair and will not be returned to the customer. (Of course small marks and logical deterioration from use are taken into consideration). If for any reason the product is not returned in its entirety or in parts (theft, loss, partial/total damage), the amount necessary for its repair or replacement must be paid, deducting the guarantee deposit. Please help us take care of the products so we can guarantee that they are delivered in optimal conditions for use.

Can I extend the rental period? Yes, as long as they are available in our agenda. Write to us on Whatsapp (2901509797) or email ([email protected]) at least 24 hours before the return date, and indicate the new required extension date, if available it will be a pleasure.

Are there discounts for renting products for more days? Yes, the website will make the corresponding discount according to the scale of days. If you require items within 20 days, do not hesitate to contact us so we can quote you a better rate.

How does the cancellation policy work? You can cancel 7 days in advance of the rental date, and the refund will be 100% of the amount paid by the same means it was made. If the cancellation is up to 4 days before, the refund will be 50% of the amount paid by the same means made. And if the term is shorter, there will be no refund.
